Comments, Reviews, and Emails

Visitors may post content as long as it is not obscene, illegal, defamatory, threatening, infringing of intellectual property rights, invasive of privacy or injurious in any other way to third parties. Content has to be free of software viruses, political campaign, and commercial solicitation.

We reserve all rights (but not the obligation) to remove and/or edit such content. When you post your content, you grant Joseph Alai non-exclusive, royalty-free and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, publish, modify such content throughout the world in any media.

We grant you a limited license to access and make personal use of this website. You are not allowed to download or modify it. This may be done only with written consent from us.

User Account

If you are an owner of an account on this website, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your private user details (username and password). You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password.

We reserve all rights to terminate accounts, edit or remove content and cancel orders in their sole discretion.

Pricing Policy

Pricing may change at any time. The price of any product you purchase is finalized when entering your PayPal or Stripe information, and submitting your payment to these services. Any advertised prices on any place other than the "Settings Dashboard" are not considered official and therefore will not be honored. This includes on any "landing page", "home page", "YouTube Advertisement or Video", "Blog Post", "Website", or "email".

Refund Policy

The Joseph Alai VIP Membership website is based on the Workshops included therein. The VIP Discord Community is Free with any VIP Membership, excluding those memberships which are exclusively based only on the VIP Discord Community, and excluding VIP Workshops or Q/A Calls. Therefore, any refund will only be issued if the Workshop or Q/A has not been attended. If the monthly Workshop has been attended, then a refund will not be issued, based on anything regarding the Q/A Session Calls or the Discord Community, unless otherwise expressed through the discretion of Joseph Alai or an employee of Joseph Alai VIP Membership.

If the owner of an account on this website has had an active account during any Q/A Call or Workshop, then that owner of an account will not be eligible for a refund based on their absence from any Workshop or Q/A call due to the access of the Workshop and Q/A Call Materials accessible by and an all account owner on their account's Dashboard.

If the owner of an account has requested a refund, and the refund has been approved, the owner of the account on this website will be issued a refund for the month which the refund was requested on, and only that month. An owner of an account on this website may not file for a refund based on a prior month.

If the owner of an account is "poaching", or trying or attempting to use the assets or products of Joseph Alai to obtain or otherwise influence other owners of accounts to purchase a product or service unrelated to Joseph Alai's Products, on Joseph Alai VIP Program and Discord Community, that account of the owner of the account whom is in violation to this term will be terminated without refund, removed from Joseph Alai VIP Program, their account will be deleted, and they will be permanently removed from Discord.

No refunds will be issued for prior months.

No refunds will be issued for inactive or "forgotten" months of memberships.

Recurring subscriptions from PayPal and Stripe are manageable by the owner of the account. Admins of the Joseph Alai VIP Program are unable to cancel a subscription for any other owner of an account. An owner must cancel his or her own subscription.

No refunds will be issued on behalf of a user not cancelling his or her subscription.

No refunds will be issued for partial months.

For yearly, semi-yearly or multiple months subscriptions, if a user cancels or pauses their subscription before the term they have purchased has been completed, they will not be refunded or credited for the remainder of their subscription, as they will still have access to their account on a "grace period" basis, until the remainder of their subscription has expired.
